Elle Edwards LE, FNP-C | Medical Director
Elle holds a current license as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Olivet Nazarene University in Chicago. Her background is in Dermatology, both in Arizona and California, Plastic Surgery, a licensed aesthetician in medical aesthetics, and an injector over the last 20 years. Her entire career path has been focused on the skin, aesthetics across the human body, and medical injectables. She has served as a medical director with a focus on medical aesthetics and lasers for the last 7+ years.
Elle resides in Chandler with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys quality time and quality food with family and loved ones.

SkinWay was founded by Rose Zwecker from a deeply personal place, shaped by her perspective as both a patient and a business owner. Through her own experiences within aesthetic care, she recognized an opportunity to create something more thoughtful and intentionally designed. Drawing from her background in building and leading successful companies in real estate and aesthetics, Rose curated the medspa she wished existed, with careful attention to every touchpoint and detail that defines a truly elevated experience.
From the way patients are welcomed to how care is delivered, every element of SkinWay is designed to feel considered, refined, and deeply intentional.
Dividing her time between Europe and the United States, Rose brings a global perspective shaped by the best of different cultures and approaches. SkinWay reflects influences drawn from European elegance, East Asian attention to skin health and longevity, and the innovation and standards of care found in the U.S., all grounded in ethics, safety, and integrity. Outside of SkinWay, she values time spent with her husband and children, and remains deeply committed to philanthropic efforts that contribute to the well-being of the community she serves.
Jenny Erickson RN, BSN | Aesthetic Injector

Jen specializes in full facial balancing, taking a comprehensive approach to injectables that enhances harmony, proportion, and natural expression. Rather than focusing on a single feature, she evaluates the face as a whole—carefully considering structure, movement, and facial symmetry to create results that look refined and naturally balanced.
She is especially known for her advanced lip techniques, where precision and artistry are essential. By carefully assessing lip anatomy, tissue characteristics, and facial proportions, Jen creates beautifully defined lips that enhance shape and softness while maintaining a natural look.
Committed to continuous education and advanced training, Jen stays at the forefront of aesthetic techniques to ensure safe, thoughtful treatments and results that complement each patient’s unique features.
Her philosophy is simple: subtle enhancements, intentional technique, and results that help patients feel confident while still looking like themselves.
Beth Harris LE, CLT | Lead Aesthetician & Laser Specialist

With over 25 years of medical experience, Beth blends clinical expertise and a love for aesthetics to help patients look and feel their best. She is an expert in lasers and microneedling, and her extensive knowledge allows her to treat all different skin types effectively and safely. Her core focuses are on corrective skin treatments, with expertise on correcting aging concerns, scarring, as well as hyperpigmentation, rosacea, sun damage, and melasma.
Beth’s deep medical background ensures safe, effective treatment plans—whether you’re focused on anti-aging, laser hair removal, or preventative care. Patients trust her for her knowledgeable approach, gentle touch, and passion for ongoing education.
Based in Chandler, Beth stays active teaching fitness classes, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family.
Mattie Raymond, LE, CLT | Aesthetician & Laser Technician

With over 5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and mentoring with one of the best dermatologists in the valley, Mattie combines clinical knowledge with a passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin. Specializing in microneedling, chemical peels, and corrective skincare, she is an expert in clearing acne and acne scars, improving skin texture, and tone.
Mattie is known for her detail-oriented approach and commitment to ongoing education, ensuring every patient receives safe, effective, and personalized care. She strives to create a comfortable, trusting environment where patients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their skincare journey.
Outside of the treatment room, Mattie enjoys spending time with her husband, staying active with pickleball, shopping, and traveling up north to visit family.
